Planning and Research
eCircle defines the scope of the company's project and creates profiles of the position(s) to be filled. Working closely with staff, eCircle approaches the assignment in partnership with the company. eCircle conducts thorough research to uncover potential candidates, using client competitor information, industry sources, recruitment campaigns, our own consultants’ professional contacts and Internet resources.
Candidate Contact
Once potential candidates are identified, eCircle contacts them on a direct, personal basis. This phase, possibly the most critical time of the search, is two-fold: eCircle becomes your spokesperson, representing the company in the professional manner in which you would represent yourself. eCircle presents the company's objectives, as well as the opportunities, responsibilities and potential of your positions (client identity is kept confidential unless otherwise instructed). eCircle examines the candidates' qualifications against the profiles developed during the planning stage. An interview is set up with one of our Senior Consultant to determine the candidate’s qualifications, background, and personal attributes for the position. Only when a strong mutual interest between the company and the candidate is determined does the process continue.
Candidate Presentations
Once evaluated, only the outstanding candidates are introduced. It is at this juncture, our consultants offer their personal assessment, consultation, and recommendation to assist our client on the selection process. Once the client has reviewed the “Candidate Profile”, a list of potential candidates is than compiled for client interviews. The candidate(s) will be formally introduced by our consultants to the clients for a mutually agreed upon time and location for an interview.

While the company alone makes the decision on the best candidate for your organization, eCircle can assist you. Reference checks provide invaluable information. eCircle counsels and facilitates communications on salary terms, relocation and benefits. eCircle also assists the candidate through the resignation process, including dealing with counteroffers.
